Did you hear today that 8 kids were arrested in the Michael Phelps bong smoking party? 7 were charged with marijuana possession, 1 for distribution. I assume they busted them and one of them fingered another when asked who brought the pot.
Among the arrested was the owner of the bong, because, and this is the best part, the idiot tried to sell it on eBay for $100,000 !!!
So that one shithead with a camera-phone who took the picture and then sold it to a tabloid (among the busted? I can only hope so) is now the cause of Phelps having his reputation ruined and 8 others being arrested.
Moral of the story... always know the people you are sharing that joint (or bong) with. Partying with strangers is a bad idea.
Of course there's so little reason to arrest these kids. We've all been charged with possession (well, some of us have) and it's a misdemeanor! Someone I know (not me, of course) got 6 months probation. What's the point of all this? So a scumfuck sheriff can get his name in the newspaper? Nice work Sheriff Fife.
